总体来说很满意，服务态度很好，滑雪也很方便！

I stayed for 4days in IBIS hotel. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. And the manager Seven can speak English very well, and so kind for me and my dad.So If you have any problem, shere going to help you anytime.I was so satisfied to her service. :)The hotel was in Wanda resort, and they have restaurant, swimming pool, spa you can use.and the location was a little far from the town. It takes 15-20 minutes to go to town.There are several shuttle bus to go airport, Chang-bai shan west course for free.Anyway, Me and my father was pretty good during staying because of calm hotel.If you wanna stay more clean hotel, IBIS hotel is resonable to stay.호텔 깨끗하고 괜찮아요~ 백두산 근처에 이렇게 깨끗한데 잘 없는데 가격대비 괜찮습니다.무료조식 무료 와이파이 무료 셔틀버스 이용 가능하고요무엇보다 매니저 세븐이라는 사람이 무척 착해서 이것저것 잘 도와줘요 ㅋㅋ세븐이 영어도 할줄 알아서 의사소통하는데 답답함을 덜어준답니다.아빠가 매우 만족했어요 ㅋㅋ~~~

Our stay in ibis Styles Changbaishan was rather comfortable. The room and toilet condition in Standard Room was fine while the Family Room which we had stayed in the last two nights was not too great (the toilet bowl wasnt clean thoroughly and there some left over sweet papers and dirt beside the bed near to windows). The hot water supply was fine considering the remote area in the resort.The concierge customer service is fine but it can be better especially please help customers to take the luggage into the hotel lobby. The Manager Seven and her colleague had enlightened us by greeting us and showing us our way to our room; and she explained to us how best to make use of the Family room complimentary ski passes during our stays.The Christmas eve food wasnt that good where the food selection (some soups are not warmed until we complaint) was limited and there was no fork and knife provided for customers (very surprised and do not accept excuse that there are not enough fork and knife due to the fruits given out to all hotel rooms on Christmas eve). But we do appreciate one of the managers (called Seven) helped us to expedite the search of fork and knife in the kitchen. The chefs should review and improve their cooking methods and skills. The waiters/waitresses should help to clear the empty plates instead of waiting until the customers had finished their meals. Thanks for the three glasses of red wine for our Christmas eve dinner, appreciated!The breakfast food provided are limited and there are much more room for improvement. The herbal tea eggs are simply boiled eggs immersed in soya sauce. The chefs should review and improve their cooking methods and skills. The waiters/waitresses should help to clear the empty plates instead of waiting until the customers had finished their meals.This hotel can be a better hotel with service quality on par with ibis Style in Singapore/UK/EU.

전반적으로 객실이 깨끗하였음. 조식부페식사는 기대에 미치지 못함. 영어를 사용하는 직원이 없었음.

Great place except the the breakfast which is too simple. However front desk manager (Seven) was very friendly and greeted me every time she saw me. Feel very much at home

房间宽敞舒适，早餐丰富，周边设施齐全，但办理入住时间较长，节假日期间环境嘈杂

酒店隔房间隔音相当差，酒店的服务也不到位 要筷子没筷子 要充电器没充电器 住了2天被隔壁房间吵得2天都没睡好 房间的隔音简直太差 跟吧台问个路也是对付对付
