シンガポールから移動してこちらには2日間滞在しました。目の前はビーチで景色は最高です。何もせずのんびり過ごすには最適です。ホテルのレストランもリーズナブルで美味しいです！

ジャグジー付きのヴィラに宿泊しましたが、1日でジャグジーは満喫して使わなくなったのでヴィラじゃないリーズナブルな部屋の方が良かったかもしれません。リゾートの外にはお店がなく、滞在中の食事は全てリゾート内のレストランになります。ただしレストランの食事はどれも美味しく、特にチリクラブはシンガポールと比べて安く美味しく食べられました。ビーチは遠浅で歩いて小さな島まで行けますが泳ぎには適さないです。ビーチはあまり綺麗ではないが、沖のホワイトサンドアイランドに行くと、白くて綺麗なビーチがあります。マリンスポーツのカヤックやサンセット+蛍マングローブツアー等のアクティビティーは楽しめました。アクティビティーのスタッフには日本語の通じる方がいました。またリゾートのスタッフは皆親切でした。

部屋や施設は予約サイトの口コミの印象よりきれいだった。ホテルから出て左に5分の所にシーフード、10分の所におかずを選ぶ形式の現地食堂がありどちらも美味しい。

総合的には満足度の高いホテルです。周りはとても良い。ホテルの方はみな親切で丁寧でした。部屋については言うことなし。

落ち着いた雰囲気レストラン極端に高くなくメニューも豊富海は遠浅で海水浴には不適

波の音と風の音、ゆっくり過ごすなら最高のロケーションでした！スタッフも優しさが溢れてました！

ホテルはとても良く、食事もアクティビティも満足できました。港から遠いのと、送迎ドライバーの運転が荒っぽく、少し怖かったので☆4です。

Definitely a great idea to stay there. The daily 6pm bbq affair (set A or B for around 30USD and up per pax for a choice of six seafood ir meat items) was very tasty and service was great. The room and view were great with a private jacuzzi at our balcony facing the sea. Everything there was at reasonable price.

Super nice place for weddings and getaway for families and friends. Bottled water was supplied in the rooms and the restaurant serves free ice water. The food was amazing. Good food The food is really yummy. TV has lots of in-house movie channels for viewing so you wont get bored. The price is not too expensive.

We travelled from Singapore and were collected by the complimentary transfer from the ferry terminal which was waiting for us upon our arrival. I love that it was a small-ish resort so it wasnt too rowdy during mealtimes and every amenity was easy to walk to. The staff took good care of us to make sure we can see the corals and fishes esp the sea urchins and the nimos. Very nice experience on the Chinese Mid Autumn Festival.

The staff is nice, peaceful, pleasure and good service for customer. Our rooms were available at 1pm. I would recommend to anyone that need a quick but good getaway even over the weekends for a nice re-charge before coming back to the hustle and bustle of city life. You will definitely get your moneys worth.

We visited this resort twice in consecutive weekends and had an excellent time. Clean place The place is generally clean. I applaud the staff and am glad that they did not wait for us to approach the counter to report our unhappiness. The cabinets and doors make scary noises all the time.

I had the most relaxing stay at Bintan Spa Villa. On the whole, I was happy and I should add the service is really top notch. Stayed in the jacuzzi ocean villa, view was nice and its really good to soak in ur jacuzzi while looking into the sea.
