ホテルに到着すると、非常に大きなエントランスに驚き。また、従業員もきっちりと教育されており、出迎えも非常に満足しました。フロントの対応も最高です。滞在中の清掃も丁寧にやって頂き、要求するとミネラルウォーターも多く置いていってくれます。何度宿泊しても、気持ち良いホテルです。

モーニングは最高です。麺は三種類あり。トッピングは辛いのを多くいれた方が旨い！部屋は広すぎるぐらいで満足😊

ジェットバスが故障していたのが、残念。故障しているなら、無い方が良い。準備に無駄な時間を使った。その他は非常に快適。

４日間滞在しました。素敵なホテルです。やや室内の設備に古さを感じるところがありましたが、気にはなりません。1階のBARみたいなところでウイスキー飲みましたが、周囲のお客さんが騒がしくて生演奏が台無しでした。さすが中国。朝食も豊富で美味しかったです。スタッフの方も素敵な接遇でした。グローバルセンター側の願望が最高でした。

まずフロントの対応が秀逸であり、顧客への声のかけ方やその対応などは非常に満足出来るものであった。また朝食はメーニューが豊富で、今回はあまり食べれなかったが、観光等でゆっくりできる時は食事も堪能できると思う。

ホテルは設備も清潔に保たれており、宿泊には満足しています．中心部から少し離れていましたが、その分 環境的には静かで立地は良いと思います．ロビー内にあるレストランで食事をしましたが、ロビーの騒がしさがそのまま伝わってしまっていたので、その点は少々不満点でした．

ロビーに入るとまず施設の大きさに驚きを感じます。一般的なホテルとはことなり案内がないとフロントやエレベータの位置もすぐに把握できないほどです。また、お部屋もスタンダードな部屋とは思えない充実ぶりで本当に快適に過ごすことができました。

夜のホテル外観は青の派手な電飾で気恥ずかしいくらいでやや引いてしまう．内装も豪華．これが中国流と言えば仕方が無いのだろうが，インターコンチネンタルの風格には合わない気がする．客室は期待通り．今回はビジネスだけが目的で，ホテル選択の理由はTianfu Software Parkに近いから．お客様を連れての宿泊なので，夕食にはホテルのレストランを，中華，イタリアン，フレンチと３回利用したが，雰囲気は非常に良いが，洋食の味は今一つお勧めできなかった．

かなり大きいショッピングセンターが、近くにある。中には、プールもあり凄い盛り上がりよう。パンダ園も近いです。ロビーには、九官鳥がいて、ニイハオと、宿泊客を、迎えてくれます！(笑)

すばらしい体験をさせて頂きました。みなさま挨拶が大きな声できもちよかったです。また泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

食事でのサービスの充実を期待します。各席へのコーヒーを持っていくサービスをタイミングよくしてほしい。

不安な点もありましたが、思っていたよりも早く、そして、綺麗に仕上がっていました。ただ、価格についてはあと20%ぐらい安ければ助かりますので、ご検討いただければ幸いです。

日本語の出来るスタッフが居ないので非常に困った。片言でも良いので育成をお願いしたい。いざと言う時に言葉の壁は大きい。

This hotel located close to the express way and easy to get anywhere in or around Chengdu. The staff at the lounge are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There are plenty of parking space but hopefullly improvement can be made to add the parking fee payment with the hotel stay. Overall a decent intercontinental.

除了房间内的配置及装修风格看上去年代感有的，其余不管是在办理入住以及餐饮都是非常棒的体验

This hotel is beyond beautiful and luxurious. The staff could not have been more nice and accommodating. The food and beverage was amazing. The Club lounge and staff exceeding our expectations. The only issue was the room temperature. In Asian hotels you cant turn the AC down lower that 23 C and this is just a little too warm for our American taste. However we brought it to the attention of management and we were brought fans that took care of the issue.The facilities were clean and there was no lack of things to do in the immediate area. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Chengdu.

我是本地居民，这次入住是周末带娃出来玩。酒店各方面都很不错，特别表扬前台check in的小姐姐！不过房间空调温度略高，小朋友睡的时候一身汗，我也没有睡得特别好，把空调关闭了也没有降温，又不敢开制冷。其它没有什么大问题。很棒的一次入住！

定好的时间未能按时入住，换两间房间都有设施损坏。白天水上乐园dj非常吵，白天想睡个觉是不可能的。

因为工作的关系，已经入住了很多次。第一次入住仅一天要了荞麦枕之后，每一次入住荞麦枕就已经准备好在床上了，这是一个令人印象深刻的细节。另外宾客服务经理Tiffany也以一贯的高标准的亲切服务让我感到宾至如归。会继续选择这家洲际。

员工態度大部份都不錯，只是大堂餐庁员工人手不足，晚餐时盘子一直没人收，自助餐的餐食不夠热，有些热菜更是凉的放著。每天拿菜的標准有差，建议跟员工協调统一服务方式也是5星级酒店的基本服务。房间溫度太热不能调节，夏天外面三十几度开窗也没法子，建议改善一下空调系統，住了快三个星期，暖风吹到臉都脫皮了。同事要了一个空调扇，可是他打开里面看到太髒了也不敢用。

IHG集團洲際酒店一直是我出差的首選去成都時當然就是世紀城天堂洲際酒店除了硬體設施之外，其實服務才是貴酒店最大的亮點.其實就是想謝謝Sandra，總讓我能安心出差，其他住的事情都幫我打點好了！真心的感謝你！

The staff at this property were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I didnt get a chance to use the workout room, etc, but it all looked very nice and will maintained. Breakfast is good, lots of options. Tried the Italian restaurant for lunch twice, salads and pasta were good, risotto was not. The restaurants do get loud, there were so many children running around. It would be nice to see sections of the restaurant held for business travelers, separate from people with children. That may sound mean, but a majority of these children are on handheld devices watching videos with the volume up as loud as it goes, and the parents and restaurant staff seemed oblivious to it. Overall very good hotel and experience.

酒店就在世纪城会议中心旁边，对面就是环球中心。地理位置没得说，停车方便去机场也方便。和朋友一起喝茶吃饭，周边直接可以满足所有需求。再说服务，刚开始找的前台妹纸可能忙了一天比较辛苦，态度略冷淡全程无笑容，办个手续还要打电话问经理，想到商务型酒店客人多也能理解。但是后面帮忙办理宾客关系副经理Winona就很厉害了，态度亲切笑容甜美，业务也非常熟练，几下搞定相当的效率，给人的感觉特别舒服。还有酒店员工的胸牌上面会有个人的爱好，她写的唱歌，印象很深刻。最后是硬件，虽然酒店开业多年，但是保养还是很好的，也很有奢华感，用的东西也是品牌。所以才会多次选择入住。总之，这是一家值得入住的酒店，下次还会再去。

The Intercontinental experience starts as soon as you enter those lobby doors, the unique smell of bitter sweet orange perfume welcomes you. Rooms were clean and serviced daily, bathrooms had all the amenities required for your stay. Room service was good. You get to try a variety of food depending on your mood. They have amazing dinner buffet with includes Indian, Chinese, American and seafood, so lots to choose from. Overall a great experience.

离机场很近，在高新区，位置也好，酒店服务也很周到。

This was our first trip to China and were unsure what to expect. The Intercontinental Hotel and all of its staff made our stay unforgettable. The staff was very attentive and were able to help us make plans for sight seeing around Chengdu area. We came to China for the World Police and Fire Games in which I competed. The hotel was located near my event venue and there were event volunteers and hotel staff to help us with questions. A special thank you to Pearl. She was awesome. The Intercontinental is lucky to have such a wonderful person as their welcoming staff person. We will absolutely return!!!

I arrived with my girlfriend to spend NYE at the hotel, the check in service was very good and efficient. The room was excellent, I enjoyed the dinner buffet which was excellent with plenty of choice! After a good night sleep we enjoyed the club lounge’s breakfast, this again was first rate with great quality and plenty of choiceI would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of staying in the area

This a luxury hotel located near Global Center, but without the busy and noisy Global Center traffic. Beautiful architecture. Very large rooms, most with awesome views. Excellent and attentive staff. Best of Chinese and international foods and drinks. Highly recommend.

All staff that I met are genuinely courteous. This is a simple thing to do but many hotels did not pay attention to this values. Outside of my room, I bumped into the house keeping ladies. They smiled and greeted me in Chinese and a bit of of English. That is just sufficient to tell that they care and they made my day. Keep up the good work

This is the best Intercontinental I have ever experienced globally. Every staff in this hotel considers this hotel as own family and makes the customers feel really at home. Everything was great. The only problem was that there’s another inter continental nearby with similar name. I couldn’t figure out the two and went back and forth on the first day.

Good location, close to the airport. Quick access to the downtown.Well maintained facility although a bit old. Beautiful and friendly staff. Variety of food including local and international gourmets.One pity is there’s no swimming pool in the facility.Overall I am very happy with the stay.

地处成都世纪天堂会议中心，酒店大堂很壮观，气势磅礴，超五星级。酒店会员贵宾服务非常热情周到，由于是智悦大使会员，直接给升为套房，进入房间少许惊喜了一下。另外行政酒廊晚上的欢乐时光，菜品丰富，味道极佳。非常值得推荐。

I stayed in this hotel several months ago and had such a positive experience with management going above and beyond, that I wanted to come back (prior to that I had stayed at a different hotel in Chengdu). This stay was even better than the first.Management at this hotel is truly excellent - everyone was extremely well trained and also friendly and professional. The employees seem to truly enjoy their jobs and it shows in their work. When I complimented two of the mid-level managers, I received a note from the general manager thanking me for my comments.The hotel itself is spectacular. It is an architecturally fascinating blend of old and new with beautiful decor and lighting. The guest rooms are truly wonderful - beautifully furnished and lit, with comfortable bedding and a luxurious bathroom. I dont usually look forward to getting back to my room, since I travel for business and mostly enjoy my work, but this was a hotel that I truly looked forward to returning to each day.

Had a mostly pleasant stay in this property. The room was very spacious and clean as one would expect in an Intercontinental establishment. Hotel decor is very attractive, I liked the birds in the lobby and cafe area. Location is good, about a 15 minute walk from the Global Centre which has many restaurants and shops. Staff on the Club 5th floor were very helpful and pro-active. More hot food options in the club lounge in the evening would be nice.A few details can be improved: Lobby check-in area was quite busy and there wasn’t enough staff. I asked for a single non-smoking room but I was given a smoking room. When booking through the IHG app it says no deposit required, but the girl at check-in insisted that I pay one. Regular staff in the restaurants and lobby have fairly limited English.

I really can say that my stay in your hotel was a memorable one! The staff was always there to help take care of any need no matter how big or small. It was also fun for the hotel to have a World Cup kick-off even in the lobby with refreshments and food provided to everyone! Also the room and hotel grounds were spotless and food was of good quality and delicious! Every time I come I feel like I am coming home! Thanks to the staff for making me feel this way

回国出差，走了几个城市，很幸运最后一天入住了洲际。也是唯一一天得到好的休息的一晚。 前台小姑娘Chloe以前在马尔大夫认识的，后来她走到哪个酒店上班，我就会跟随入住哪里，总是给人贴心的，哪怕出差都有家的感觉。酒店环境更是没得说。 完美的体验。

酒店其他一切都很好。只是行政酒廊的男服务员让我感受到了性 别其 视。 当我(女性，当时身穿西服)想享受行政套房待遇，走进行政酒廊时，站门口的男服务员跟我说的不是常规的”麻烦您报一下房号”或”我们需要登记一下房号”，而是第一句“你是进来找人的吗？”，我说”我不是。”然后他就是一副想赶我走的样子。我受不了问他你有什么事吗并 报了房号，他才说那你进去吧。 身为一位女性，就不能自主进来享受应有的房间待遇吗？以至于是只能进来找人吗？！张口就问客人”你进来找人的吗”，我感到被冒犯了。我仔细观察了别的进来的客人，这位男服务员并没有问其他男性客人或者有男有女的组合”你是进来找人的吗?”,只是针对我这位单身女性 张口就问问”你是进来找人的吗”，房号是我主动问他有什么事并报的，他根本没意识到要向我问房号！说明他潜意识内是认为单身女性是没有能力进行政酒廊？！存在着性别歧视意识。 我期间也向大堂经理反映过此问题，回复是”该服务员没有恶意”，感觉完全没有引起足够重视，没有意识到是性 别 其 视问题，说明该酒店普遍缺乏此意识，Need to have some activities to raise awareness against D_i_s_crimination

What a lovely way to start our holiday in China! Met at the airport off a long flight and completed all check in procedures in the car before even reaching our lovely hotel. As we drew up to the door we noticed some that some employees were waiting at the door to greet us and we were all handed a lovely soft toy Panda as a welcome gift. As we were already excited about visiting the Panda Breeding Centre the next day this made us so happy. We were then whisked straight off to our beautiful upgraded suite without having to wait around at a check in desk. We were really blown away by this welcome and the staff truly made us feel very special during our stay and thats what its all about. This hotel staff did it so well and we thank them so much for our wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel.

It is a beautiful palace with high end decorations everywhere. I dont have to go outside to take pretty pictures, hotel is like a tropical garden. Lobby is huge. Room is clean, roomy, no noise and comfortable even in hot summer.... Service is great and there is always someone you can ask and get help. In china, you probably can find many hotels with great service, but this hotel has the best of everything combined!

Everything after check-in was fine. My room was big and comfortable, but unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t work. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options. Check-out was quick and they called a taxi for me.Before check-in I sent an email to the hotel which was never replied to. During check-in, I had to remind the staff member that Spire members are entitled to a 120RMB food voucher. He said it would be sent to my room but it wasn’t.

This is one of my favourite hotels in China-excellent service from the airport and back..and everything in between. The restaurants are always open at hours that compliment business schedules; and the Internet is always working. The staff is friendly, and always willing to help you with any request. This trip we needed more informal post-meeting wrap up time, and were able to work in the lounge with an attentive service person keeping our tea and coffee refreshed. This is at least the 5th time Ive stayed with the IC City Center Chengdu team-for both business and leisure. Ill keep coming back! Thanks!

I often stay at this hotel for a night whilst on business to relax. The lobby area and restaurants are designed with a traditional theme with trees planted inside the lobby itself. It has a calm relaxing atmosphere. The Executive Lounge is spacious and staff are very helpful. The hotel is located next to the Exhibition center and across from the Global Center. There are a few bars and restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel. Above all else, the hotel staff appear to genuinely care that you have an enjoyable stay and make every effort to assist with any problems.

酒店服务很到位，整体评价不错。酒店大堂很典雅并具有当地特色，是个出彩的地方。酒吧有歌手表演，也希望更丰富化类型，同时由于人员众多，也希望服务人员有所增加。酒店销售很热情，并详细介绍了酒店情况和服务。前台办理入住及退房很清晰，也很迅速。由于商务需要外出打车，礼宾部人员很热情的介绍地址路线及相关费用，并热情的帮忙叫出租车。在将来的旅行中，也会以此选择洲际集团。

本人日前入住貴公司, 不慎留下個人物品。以電話聯絡貴酒店後, 職員小姐及經理均即時跟進問題, 而且態度誠懇有禮, 令作為旅客的我感到得到了有力支援及放心。我想, 在工作的旅途中, 酒店除了是一個舒適的休息地方外, 安全感也是很重要的一環。這次在成都世紀城天堂洲際給我很好的一次經驗。若有機會再訪成都, 洲際會是我的首選。

作为商务之行，世纪城天堂洲际绝对是很好的选择。已经多次入住，大部分体验都不错。除了这次在Check in的时候没有像在其他ihg品牌酒店一样问是否选择welcome drink还是welcome bonus points，且直到check out询问的时候才给了welcome drink，说从来没有听说过welcome bonus points，让人略感惊讶。另外，感觉酒店承接能力有待提高，一旦入住率高或者举办会议，早餐乱哄哄，且对待中外客人的态度不一样，虽然理解工作的辛苦，但是态度上海市要平等一些。谢谢。

This time I choose to stay at the Century City vs Global Center, and it give me same great experience that I had at Global Center almost few years back. Excellent location, with local food just behind the back doorWhen I 1st step out of the taxi, the staff has pro-actively help me to break my one hundred dollar bill to pay the driver. Very impressive service and my salute to the service level he delivered and the training the hotel has given to its staff. Room is great and no complain at all on the detail service housekeeping did. Everyday I came back to the room, it is all in order and gave me a nice warm feeling.Keep it up ! It is a pleasure to be a guest at Century City Chengdu and I will for sure come back next time.

成都洲际酒店位置优越，大环境很好，整体设计与管理理念一流。但有些服务内容需要进一步完善，以更好地服务客户。这些细节包括：（1）大堂餐厅温度偏低（或许是这个季节的原因），就餐时缺乏室内的舒适感（与其它五星级酒店相比）；（2）WiFi使用有点繁琐；（3）游泳池希望尽快投用。

刚预定完成就接到酒店客户部电话，询问并了解我的入住习惯以便更好安排房间，感觉酒店服务很专业。刚下飞机就收到酒店客户经理的短信问候，感觉服务很温馨。checking很快，前台态度很好效率很高。房间很好很宽敞明亮，上网不需要特别设置，很容易，速度也很快。卫生间很干净，洗漱用品品质也很好。打客房服务电话基本都是铃响就马上有人接听，客房服务速度也很快，解决问题也很麻利。只要去成都，我还是首选世纪城天堂洲际酒店。

I had a nice stay in this InterContiental @ century city Chengdu. Most of stafff here are friendly and welcoming. The reservanation dept and Guest Relation Manager Tiffinany are efficient for confirming the room book, and communicating with me about my room requirement in advance. Front desk upgrading me to a club flooor room was great. Happy Hour food are nice, and staff at club lounge are attentive with excllent service. Breakfast at clubel lounge was great, excellent Chinese congee, nice coffee. Excellent InterContinental. just somewhat faraway from downtown of Chengdue.

Ich habe mich in den 2 Wochen meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt im Interconti Century City Chengdu. Der Tag beginnt mit einem sehr guten Frühstück unter Bäumen und endet in der schönen Bar am Abend. Das Hoterpersonal ist professionell - aber gleichzeitig locker und umgänglich. Kurzum: professionell. Danke dafür!

This is the best intercontinental I ever stayed. it is a beautiful hotel at a very good location, close to the airport and exhibition center. The staff is super friendly and very proactive. they will text you to ask whatever you need. I want to say special thanks to Shirley, Xue Xue. She arranged the beds and pillows upfront which takes care of my protruded disks very well. the only pity I will say is that they do not have swimming pool and the gym is relatively small compared with other intercontinental but I still strongly recommend this hotel.

酒店给配置了专属客户经理，提前了解客人需求。这点比日本的洲际好。房间给升级了行政楼层，无敌的大窗和风景。晚上不用开电视，对着窗外的车水马龙川流不息饮一杯清酒，吃两粒杨梅，慨叹下寂寞如雪的人生。早起则可以用房间里的功夫茶具泡一杯峨眉飘雪，就着阳光和附赠枇杷饮下蜀地最初的甘甜。到了以后才知道IHG的策略变更，白金不再享受行政待遇。还好酒店这次仍然提供，非常友好。晚餐样式少而精，味道不错。早餐则是大堂，就着桑树与翠竹，鸟鸣中吃碗热腾腾的小面，辣椒催出的汗水被西瓜一激，提醒你奋斗的一天开始了。宽大，安静，整洁，舒适，友善，奉献。全球任何一家洲际，给我的感觉都是如此。谢谢，如此完美的商旅和假期。

Excellent service, staff are very thoughtful and helpful. Continental breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel room was very clean with a comfortable bed with an array of choices of pillows. Overall great stay

Travel globally often, but was first visit to China. The staff, service, and hotel itself were first-rate. The hotel was spotless and the food was very good. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and most of them spoke English fluently. The ones that did not quickly called a colleague to make communication easier.They also have Breakfast with Tai Chi Masters in the lobby Sunday through Friday mornings. The session is open to guests, though I never tried. It was just relaxing to listen to the music and watch them work out. Great way to start a work day.Enjoyed the experience and would stay there again without hesitation.

客户关系的美女Fiona入住当天休息，但入住前和离店后都发来短信问候。或许这是世纪城的特色，但还是要点赞，给客户很好的感觉。酒店很厚道，CD还做了升级，酒廊MM的服务也蛮不错，我和老婆吃的很开心。内饰陈设浓浓的西蜀文化特征，很有特点。大堂的职员很多都穿的旗袍，这个也是一道很靓丽的风景。总体感觉很好，值得入住，希望能保持下去，再拿到Asia的No.1

在机场去酒店的途中，酒店大堂经理就发来短信问候并且预先安排好了房间，让我很感动。入住时床上赠送的小玩偶也让人感到很温馨。房间很宽敞明亮，床铺舒适，各种用品一应俱全。之前两天我都要求了叫早服务，在退房前一天，宾克部还特地打电话来咨询是否要在退房当天取消叫早，让人感到服务的无微不至。虽然在checkout时发生了一些小插曲，不过最后也得到了圆满的解决。酒店员工在该问题的处理和解决上给了很有力以及高效的应对，让我非常满意。

The first thing that impresses me about this hotel is the spectacular exterior of the whole building. I love those blue LED lights which features a luxury ambience. Then the lobby is surprisingly huger than I thought. The ancient-chinese style combines with the extraordinary interiors. Anyone who entered the Hotel hall will be amazed by its spectacular and magnificent internal decorations. On my first visit to the InterContinental Century City, I were luckily recognized as Platinum members in the lobby so that I finished my check-in process in the Intercontinental Club at fifth floor.(Actually, I heard other Intercontinental hotels do not value IHG Platinum but their own Ambassadors.)

这是一次非常好的入住体验，令人难忘。入住前一天开始，酒店值班经理LILY女士就多次短信询问入住要求，入住体验，提醒我的会员权益等等，非常热情，很令我感动。这种热情在其他洲际酒店从未体会过。尽情未曾与LILY女士谋面，在要在此表示深深的感谢。另：酒店大堂的自助餐很不错，用餐环境好，品种丰富，食材很好，值得一试。总之，这是一很非常好的入住感受，以后有机会还会再来。

在抵达酒店前就收到来自酒店宾客关系部的问候。抵达酒店后，所有员工都一直保持微笑服务，而且很耐心很认真。房间很大，行政房备品是欧舒丹，很舒适。房间里有准备好的大果盘，还有小礼物。晚上开夜床还赠送一只熊猫，一个脸谱挂饰和一块巧克力。当之无愧是全中国最好的洲际，真的很棒，下次一定还住这儿。

Dieses Hotel entspricht allen Erwartungen, die man an die Marke Intercontinental stellen kann. Service, Zimmer, Ambiente... Alles äußerst angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man im Süden Chengdus zu tun hat oder man schnell am 4. Ring (Expressway) sein muss. Es ist auch eine U-Bahn-Station in Fußweite und Taxis warten in der Regel vor dem Hotel.Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, dennoch möchte ich kleine Anmerkungen machen:- Die Geschwindigkeit des Internets war häufig sehr langsam und machte es unmöglich Filme oder Fernsehen zu streamen. Habe ich in anderen Hotels in Chengdu schon deutlich besser erlebt.- Das Ambiente beim Frühstück fand ich persönlich nicht so schön, da in der Lobby. Daher habe ich die Lounge im 5. Stock bevorzugt. Hier ist das Angebot gut und der Service hervorragend.Diese kleinen Anmerkungen sollen aber nicht über meinen großartigen Aufenthalt (>2 Wochen) hinwegtäuschen.

First time staying at this hotel. Previously stayed at Holiday Inn in same location, so this was a step up. Visiting for business purposes. Amazing lobby, warm service and generally a nice hotel that befits a 5-star rating. Rooms had comfy beds and amenities. Only thing would be nice is to have USB charging ports to modernise the rooms a bit. Unfortunately had early check out so didnt sample the breakfast. Look forward to staying here again next time.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Its a very modern hotel and has super facilities and the rooms are large and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always smiling.

整体水平达到洲际的标准,礼宾部还需提升.不会帮忙叫车,让客人自己叫滴滴,刚叫完滴滴就大概一百辆出租车从大堂门口开走.到店晚的话门口连个人影都没有,也没人帮忙拿行李.位置离市中心比较偏好像去会展中心比较近. 客房服务比较到位,每天都清洁的很干净.

酒店一直保持良好的设备水准，富有特色的大堂和房间值得称赞，尤其房间小礼品有成都原始，每次都很喜欢。酒店周边已经变成成都商业经济中心，办事方便，离机场半小时车程。酒店的服务一直保持高水准，从客房预订到前台，尤其会员服务的陈yx小姐的主动、高质量服务令人感动

1、吃：酒店能满足入住客人的各种体验，包括西餐，中餐，自助，特色川菜，以及喜爱甜点的客人需求，这里的甜点味道我超爱。2、住：客房典雅，玫瑰花瓣在入住前就已经为客人铺洒在浴缸中，旅行和工作的疲惫在玫瑰泡浴后舒爽无比。房间提供的欧舒丹浴备品，很是呵护体贴。入住3晚，期间客房服务员非常体贴，夜床服务很是温馨。3、行：地理位置在世纪城，周边有环球购物中心和奥克斯广场，距离地铁站很近，满足了我晚间去兰桂坊酒吧和宽窄巷子的时间。4、玩：周边的方糖小镇有胡桃里，院坝小吃、大喜川菜和转转会特色川菜，还有就是本地的名店顺兴茶馆，酒店群中间的西蜀长廊也是不错的选择。呵呵，总之这次在这里出差加周末行，让我非常的开心。下次无论来休假还是出差我都会再来这里入住。

其他的硬件都不错，特别是床和枕头的配合让我感觉很舒服，这个再其他五星酒店也很难得。这里重点讲一下在行政酒廊的幸梓，我住成都天堂洲际这几年一直是招来找她订房，不管多晚都会第一时间回我信息，而且等到酒店以后，房间都安排好并附有手写的信，让人感觉很温馨，很周到。而且她人很热情，我的同事也能感受到，他们总说为什么当初在酒店遇到的大堂经理是别人。这次过来看到她怀孕了还为我们忙前忙后，很感动。希望她注意身体。

从客房预订确认完成后，该酒店忠诚客户服务经理Tiffany，就一直就入住，客房安排等问题与客人进行着沟通。入住后，该经理又无微不至的关怀着。这是我体验过最好的全程服务了。在此，对Tiffany进行由衷地感谢！酒店有这样用心的员工，是酒店的一笔财富。

Hi IHG, Just get back home after 15 days on business in Chengdu. I would like to thanks club floor staff for exceptional service that they offered to my wife and I during our stay there. I would like to send our appreciation to Dee, Omar, Daisy, Alex and other member who have provided us their best services well beyond what we expected. Beside their professionalism we also were treated as one of their family members, which we were touched! If I have a chance coming back to Chengdu we definitely stay at IHG City of Chengdu again but the main reason is to meet our friends (Dee, Daisy, Omar, Alex...).

本人当天从环球换过来的，到了酒店值班经理刘先生就在等候了，帮忙介绍酒店的情况！说房间已经准备好了！要的房间还没有整理出来先给了一个房间休息一下，下午换到了01套，整体流程很不错！当天晚上朋友的孩子身体有点不舒服，晚上的值班经理薛女士，就特别来照顾孩子，酒店没有温度计，薛女士就让礼宾部去买了，同时24层客房阿姨也是在告诉我们方法怎么去做！第二天朋友走后，薛女士还主动电话问一下孩子怎么样！酒店有这样贴心的员工很不错！让人感觉很开心！

第一次入住成都世纪城洲际,感受真心很棒.酒店的工作人员都很Nice.特别是宾客服务经理Fiona,更是让人印象深刻.从入住前的短信关心CI时间,到入住期间的精心照顾,包括后期积分没有入账,积极热心的帮忙解决问题.可以毫不吝啬的说,在住过的近20家IC里面,世纪城的服务是最好的.我一定会介绍给周围的朋友,期待下一次的入住.也再次谢谢Fiona.
