Only the location is good. They have charged extra food cost for child which needs to be deducted from the room bill in the absence of one adult. They are not ready to refund the amount, very poor management and the rooms are not maintained properly which had a sinking smell and hot water taps were not worked. It needs to be maintained properly for the cost they are charging for each room. not worth to money.

Its an old resort so the amenities. Dont get misguided by the high ratings Its not at all worth the money you paid, there are lot better Resorts offering more than them at same price or little more.1. There is only 1 swimming pool, and its timings are restricted to morning few hrs and evening 2 hrs. where as other resort provide full day access.2. The room is renovated but AC was sounding, and the wall remote of AC display was not clear, so i dont know what temperature I kept.3. The sofa at the room is not good, the leather/rexine has cracks and you feel uncomfortable sitting on it.4. The coffee mug at room was not clean, and the tea bags were kept open and not in a paper sealed pack.5. No play area for kids and other amenities.6. The evening service is poor they need to trained how to serve chilled drinks on time with proper cutlery.

Property is Awesome, but per day Rent of Rs. 8000 is not worth, Rs. 5000 to Rs. 6000 is recommended.

I got a deadly deal @ 50% discount than the hotel tariff thru Goibibo. The travel was planned late in the evening & it was so nice of the hotel staff to accept our special request to serve food at 10:30 PM beyond the kitchen closing time. Rooms are pretty neat & good ambience all around. Beach is just 2 mins from room & safe too. Overall nice experience without any great Planning done from my end

Neatly maintained except for the kettle. Some arrangement to take care of mosquitoes should be done. Apart from that very good place to stay for a peaceful holiday with beach acess and good food

Value for money. Budget hotel. Rooms are spacious and very neat. Direct access to beach. Seafood is good. But veg food is not good.
