このホテルには10年近く毎年宿泊していて、いつも快適だった。しかし今回は、風呂がジャワータイプなので、湯量が大切なのだが、あまり熱くならない湯が、鉛筆の芯程度の太さで、ゆっくり出るだけ。メッセの出展という作業なので、疲れを取りたかったのだが、風邪を引かないように用心するので精一杯だった。いつもはバーやレストランも利用するのだが、今回はそのゆとりも気分的に無くなった。宿泊の基本的なサービスを大切にしてほしい。

駅から近く、大通りに面してすぐ分かり、中心地へのアクセスは徒歩で可能。大変便利。

朝食時、奥の窓のある部屋に座ろうとしたら、給事に暗い部屋に追いやられた。白人は座っていたが。また、お風呂の栓が閉まりきらず、お湯が溜まらなかった。

Good first stay in the hotel on a 2 night business trip. Comfortable and clean room. For some reason the rates that were Pre-booked and prepaid were transferred incorrectly to the hotel, so I was initially asked to pay more - but the front desk was able to fix this in about 5 minutes. Would stay again.

Kein spektakuläres Hotel, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Frankfurt aber Top. Hygienemaßnahmen korrekt, sauber, was will man mehr.

Gutes Standard-Mercur Hotel. Frühstück zur Zeit nicht in Buffet-Form. Es wird aber alles gebracht. Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen. Parkgebühr ist mit 25 € pro Nacht aus unserer Sicht zu teuer. Alles in Allem aber ein gutes Hotel. Uns hat es gefallen.

Für eine Suite durchaus etwas schmuddelig z. B. durch sichtbare, gekittete Löcher an den Wänden. Ich warte bis heute auf meine Rechnung per Mail, damit ich bei meinem Arbeitgeber meine Reisekosten machen kann - geht gar nicht

After a hectic and stressful week in Germany, spending two days at this hotel provided the necessary calmness. The breakfast solution was interesting, especially as the waiters forgot some of my orders, but beyond that the hotel personnel were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and let me repeat again: quiet.

Goede ligging net buiten het centrum. Openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Gratis parkeren op de openbare weg. Goed ontbijt aan tafel geserveerd wat eigenlijk zeer aangenaam is. Kamers met klimaatregeling.

Wij kregen een mooie ruime familie kamer en alles was netjes schoon. De locatie is ook prima met leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

Risiedo presso il Mercure Hotel da diversi mesi, lappartamento e confortevole e ben arredato.I servizi ed il personale sono di alto livello e molto cordiali.

Purtroppo non positiva.Dalla reception di difficile accesso (ma essendo un hotel dove la gente arriva con le valigie,perchè non fare uno scivolo vicino alle ripide scale??),al personale pochissimo sorridente e simpatico.Servizi inesistenti..un piccolo e poco fornito e super rumoroso bar, un ristorante per niente attrattivo.Le camere, vecchie,molte cose rotte allinterno e un caldo di notte pazzesco, senza nessuna possibilità di auto regolarsi la temperatura.non ci Simao per niente.

Les petites déjeuners sont de médiocres qualités, viennoiseries mauvaises, oeufs brouillés secs et fades, jus dorange machine mauvais, cest simple je nen ai pris quun seul sur un séjour de 5 jours, franchement pas au niveau ! Sagissant du parking 100 euro pour 5 jours cest assez cher mais surtout pas de pass pour entrer et sortir facilement tout le long séjour, cest un parcours de combattant avec uns carte par jour à prendre, vraiment pas pratique.

Quarto e banheiro confortáveis, restaurante e bar muito bons. Equipe de front desk decepcionou por não estar muito preparada ou disposta a dar informações sobre deslocamento, etc.No check-in, subi com 3 malas sozinha, pois ninguém ofereceu ajuda.

1. House keeping yetersiz ve doğru görev yapmıyor. 1a. Banyo sabununu yere düşürdüm ve çöpe attım, akşam odaya gedlim House keeping personeli odaya yeni sabun koymamı. 1b. Ayakkabı temizlik süngerini kullandım ve sehpada bırakmıştım akşam geldiğimde aynı yerde duruyor, yenisi konmamış. 1c. Kahve makinasının yanında tatlandırıcılarımı bırakmıştım almaması gereken personel bunları çöpe atmış.2. Odada nonwoven otel terliği yok. Mercure de bu terlik hesabını yapacak kadar küçük bir otel olmuş, yazık3. Odada kahve makinası var ama su yok

Il soggiorno non è adeguato alle 4 stelle, allarrivo mi è stata data una camera in altro edificio (vicino al corpo principale) e quindi per fare la colazione dovevo vestirmi con giacca ed uscire. Allinterno di questo corpo secondario la colazione non è sempre garantita. Detto ciò la camera da me acquistata prevedeva luso del minibar all-inclusive, uso di accappatoio, peccato però che non rifornivano il minibar, e soprattutto non pulivano completamente la camera lasciando le bottiglie vuote di vetro (se volete vi posso spedire le foto ed soprattutto lho detto alla reception che non si interessa). Ho ri-sollecitato la reception ma soprattutto facevano finta di non capire. Alla fine per il check out later ho dovuto discutere, cosa già detto verbalmente alla reception alla sera prima e comunque è stato prenotato 1 mese fa. La colazione era mancante nelle brioche , avvisati verbalmente non hanno fatto niente, anzi gli dava fastidio lavviso. Scadente in parecchie cose e non soggiornerò più presso tale hotel. Resto convinto che il livello del Novotel è nettamente superiore. Certi hotel è meglio escluderli dal circuito Accord, sono troppo inferiori.

Mon séjour dans votre hôtel a été très excellent. Le personnel est très professionnel, le cadre est très agréable, le service est irréprochable.
