ホテルの立地は最高で、繁華街、観光地に徒歩圏内。食事も観光も効率良く回ることができたので大変満足でした。朝食は他のマリオット系列ホテルに比べると品数が少ないと思いましたが、問題ないかと思います。

立地抜群です。外国人も問題なく泊まれるので、安心です。

璃江沿いのほぼ中心に立地する最高のロケーションです。桂林には様々なホテルがありますが、程よく自然、程よく街歩きを楽しむにはベストだと思います。食事もいろいろなものを選べて、思いのほか満足です。ただ、こんな世界的な観光地で外国人もたくさんいるのにあまり英語が通じないのは難点で、特にフロント横にあるツアーデスクはほぼ中国語のみ。この点を改善してもらえれば使いやすくなると感じました。

チェックアウトして空港へ行くと、あいにくの台風で欠航されており大変困りました。空港から宿泊していたホテルへ電話して延泊をお願いすると、すぐに手配してもらえ、それも念のために2泊取ってくださいました。翌日の２１時に出発する飛行機が取れたのですが、それが２３時発に変更されました。高齢の母も一緒だったため、追加料金を支払うので夕方まで延長してほしいとお願いすると、１８時まで、しかも追加料金なしで滞在させていただけました。大感激です。ホテルの語源は「見知らぬ人を手厚くもてなす場所」だそうですが、シェラトン桂林ホテルはまさにそんなホテルでした。いつかお礼を言いに再訪したいです。

とても清潔で快適な部屋でした。ホテルスタッフの方も英語が話せる方も多く、非常に助けられました。施設内にあるプールは明るく、利用されている方も多く、安心して入れました。またホテルの朝食には名産の桂林米粉がありました。

桂林市街地の中心に位置しており、買い物、食事、主要な観光地も歩いていける距離にあり非常に便利でした。

全体的に朝食会場がいまいち。あまり行きたいとは思わない。ただ仕方がなく行っているという感じ。桂林では、他のホテルも良く宿泊するが、ここのホテルが一番悪い。

ホテルの立地も最高で、すぐうらに、ショップがいもあり、食事にも困りませんでした。ホテルはもちろん五つ星⭐️ホテルですね。

感觉是住了一个假的喜来登，槽点太多，容我慢慢道来……1. 酒店正在装修，公共区域味道非常大。一进门在一个很随便的地方设置了前台，非常的快捷酒店范儿。从飞猪预定的房间，没有关联到会员，我还纳闷为啥也不问候，直到告知我没有早餐……然后就给我补了个果盘，房间没有任何升级，算了。2. 然后房间是新装修的（房间里倒是没啥味道了），不过酒店太老了，房间又小又矮，给我的房间还是对着其他的楼，没有任何景色可以看。虽说新装修的，用料是十分的Low，完全没有喜来登的感觉。马桶和面盆是美标的，龙头居然没找到品牌，花洒是个从来没见过的品牌，淘宝都查不到。一排开关居然设计在床头正中间……十分的奇葩。3. 备品完全不是喜来登常用的小白瓶，也不是任何品牌的，again非常的快捷酒店范儿。我房间里的吹风机也是一会能用一会不能用，十分的神奇。4. 然后就是空调，巨吵不说，完全没有什么作用，开16度，最大风，然后出的风一点不凉，跟个大风扇一样，睡觉不盖被还要出一身汗……5. 还有服务，要个剃须刀等半小时。6. 对了这家不是度假酒店，但是HH是只有酒水，下午2点到5点，不知道这个时间谁没事儿去喝酒……没去体验，不知道咋样。7. 早餐中规中矩吧，没啥槽点，也没啥亮点（有桂林米粉，但是基本上桂林酒店都有）8. 没给一分因为酒店地理位置还算不错，离象山、两江四湖、步行街都是随便走走就能到，算是唯一的亮点了吧。

酒店的位置极好，因为开业确实比较早，近期房间在升级装修。酒店的大堂及开放式餐厅设计很独特。觉得早餐是很棒的，孩子在房间睡觉，想给孩子带点吃的，被告知不可以打包，或者需要收餐盒费，可以接受。刚进房间发现没有浴巾和毛巾，可能忘记布草了，打电话给前台送。确实有所谓的SPA服务，会被主动推荐。整体体验还可以！

Although the construction is performed for hotel upgrade, but all the staffs are kindly with good service. The outdoor swimming pool is really special with 2.9 meter depth. The hotel price is reasonable. Really expect to see the new hotel in the next time.

听说开业时间很久了，重新装修以后设施都很新，各方面都不错，浴缸有点小，但是这是历史原因造成的，空间本身就这么大，其他无可挑剔，出门走几步就是码头，出行去其他地方也很方便

前台服务人员非常不专业，下午3点之后到店竟然房间还没安排好，一问三不知。而且房间楼上就在装修，为什么不能在入住的时候提前告知呢？午觉中活活被惊醒。客房设施陈旧、空间狭小。

设施老旧，空调不热，且震天响。为了节省成本，硬是把偌大的大堂前台弄成了快捷酒店一样的前台。早餐都没有自助，全部为客房送套餐，选择极为有限且口味差。服务人员很少，前台也不专业，居然出现两次房内拨0一直无人接听的情况。总之非常差的一次酒店经历，再次证明了万豪并购后门店质量参差不齐的状况。

极其糟糕的体验，主要是硬件太老了，而且特地提早打电话过去希望能有一个好一点的房间，结果非常失望，据说已经是很好的房间了，所以特别失望。

位置特别好，离象鼻山和步行街都很近，最近在装修，味道和噪音都比较大，最近要入住的主要注意！

整体体验和感觉不为五星级国际化的喜来登品牌标准。谢谢！

This hotel is near the main tourist attractions in Guilin. Just right behind the hotel is a lot of restaurants, shopping and street foods. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport or train stations. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you need to arrange any tour, the tour desk can arrange it and you can pay via your international credit cards. Breakfast selection is also great and you can try the local Guilin noodles.

This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. But it needs to upgrade. Both interior and exterior. I had a good stay in this hotel, no complaints but others are catching up fast. Need to upgrade or be dowmgraded.

Only a hop skip and jump from the night market and jetty for the boat tours, this Sheraton is supported by an excellent concierge team.SPG recognition earns a score of four marks out is five. Decent upgrades.Food quality in the restaurant is very good. Executive lounge fare though is at the lower end of my Sheraton sample.The hotel is beginning to show its age inside, but I would return and recommend the property. Tip: Take a couple of sightseeing trips to Xingping in North Guangxi and the Longsheng Rice Terraces, some of the most beautiful landscapes to be seen.

We stayed one night at the Sheraton passing through on our way to Wuzhou. We stayed one night at the Li Jiang waterfall hotel on the way back and we thought that the Sheraton was way better. The staff was friendlier, the rooms were bigger and overall we felt like the Sheraton actually wanted us there. The Sheraton is an older hotel but they have obviously renovated

本次桂林之行原来订的其他酒店，但最终还是选择桂林喜来登。主要考虑酒店位置非常棒，就在江边，边上就是步行街，两江四湖的游船码头、象鼻山景区很近。酒店设施虽然有点旧，客房相对小一些，但服务确实不错，及时响应客人的需求。早餐挺丰富，一楼中餐厅也很不错，在桂林的3晚都是在这餐厅用餐，餐厅服务很棒。离店之日，因身体不舒服，前台同意免费延迟至下午2点退房，为人性化的服务点赞。另外，建议酒店对2楼自助餐厅的台阶进行适当改造，以便老年人和残障人士方便出入餐厅，更好地服务社会各界！

Great hotel with wonderful location across from the Li River. Hotel was rated accordingly and was a 5 star hotel with regards to service, comforts, friendliness, location and more. Excellent location,Good atmosphere,Excellent service Concierge were most helpful in finding places of interests, bookings and of course suggestions for what to do. I really enjoyed the lounge that served good snacks and light meals. Margherita pizza was delicious. Oh and I forgot the tiramisu dessert was great. Also hotel shop for some great good quality gifts for purchase. Lat but not least my be was very comfortable. All in all a great stay!!

酒店的行政环境和设施有改进的空间，特别是行政酒廊，环境不好，食物品种较少。酒店的旅游部员工，服务态度有待改进。无论客户是否会选择旅游部的品类，对于外地到当地入住的客户提供旅游方面的咨询是非常必要的，但是旅游部的员工对此并不积极。桂林作为一个旅游城市，我建议可以加入一些相关资料，比如桂林的旅游、城市介绍类的书籍放在房间，还有地图等可在前台供借阅或免费取用。

Hotel is old,and staff seems lack of service

前台服务很好，入住第二天是生日，申请了含早餐，酒店也满足了要求。早餐期间碰到一些小问题，但是餐厅也及时给予了解决，服务不错。入住其他酒店房间一般都会有欢迎水果之类，但是这次没有，这方面的细节服务酒店可以多加考虑～

I had high expectations of my stay at the Sheraton Guilin. A familiar brand and one of the few 5 star hotels booked for my familys vacation around China. But unfortunately it didnt live up to expectations and was quite a let down. First the positives that lead to my 2 star rating. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient to the local attractions in Guilin. And the Housekeeping staff were friendly and tried their best to understand what I needed. Now for the negatives. On arrival the bellboy disappeared and my family ended up carrying our own bags to the room after check in. Our non-smoking room had a strong smell of cigarettes and the room itself was quite rundown. The wifi was terrible quality. I ended up roaming data on my phone which was 10 times faster than the hotel network. We were turned away from a near empty restaurant for dinner because of a private event no one had attended. Breakfast was busy with no bowls, coffee or fruit available when I sat down. Im not going usually one to complain but overall this was really a letdown on what was supposed to be a highlight of our trip.

This is probably by far the most disappointing SPG property I have ever stayed, which probably helps explain why this hotel has managed to stay as a cat 1 property after over ten years of opening. There are only two SPG/Marriott properties in Guilin, so I didnt have many choices but to stay here since I always stay with SPG/Marriott when available. I dont want to argue on the fact that we are traveling as a family (2 adults and 1 child), yet the hotel wouldt allow the child to have lounge benefits as they are strictly following the SPG policy. So we paid for another breakfast, which was fine. However, as a platinum member who have visited various SPG properties, this hotel definitely falls far below the average as a Sheraton hotel. The room was rather small with a strange and uncomfortable smell. I feel like the Club room that we were upgraded to are not much different from a regular room as the Club Lounge was closed after 6pm. There is very loud music in the hotel at even 9:30pm, and the soundproofing is definitely not the best. Overall, the hotel looks old and outdated. Well, you cant really expect anything luxury from a cat 1 hotel after all. But, the location of this hotel is perfect, which is the main reason why I gave it two stars. There are many things to do around the hotel as it is practically in the center of the city, which on the bright side, kept us from spending too much time in our disappointing hotel room.

The location was simply unbeatable. There are many local restaurants within walking distance. When I say local restaurants, that means the food would be excellent and the price were not marked up for tourist. The spg recognition was excellent with my room upgraded to club level upon check-in. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, both the gentlemen at night upon check-in and the lady in the afternoon upon check-out. The room was slightly dated as many reviewers has mentioned, but it was clean/tidy/spacious. As a tourist for a nice weekend trip, I think its unbeatable location is enough for you to make your decision. For a hotel with such a long presence, all the taxi/didi/uber drivers know this place, its also very easy to get your transports from the hotel. Overall, excellent choice of stay in Guilin.

Overall the hotel stay was a good experience. The staff were attentive, courteous and tried their best to accommodate to requests.Great location which is beside streets of bars and restauants which attract many locals and tourists.The lounge bar has a relatively relaxing ambience and has live music.It would be great if breakfast spread can be improved.Thanks to the staff for making our stay a comfortable one in Guilin.Happy New Year !

五星级招待所既视感。酒店前身“大宇酒店”的各种“遗迹随处可见”，硬件条件不便更改也就忍了，房型老旧、面积小、装修简陋就将就了，软件也跟不上就大失所望了。洗漱用品只有几样是喜来登的，洗发沐浴等一系列还用大宇的这不太说的过去吧？自助早餐简单到令人发指的地步，完全是为了旅行团准备的餐食。行政楼层也没有行政酒廊，打个房间客服电话，打了三次没有人接，唯一接的一次也在响铃20秒以后，锻炼我们的耐心么？面对漓江的江景房简直就是灾难，我住在6层已经是最高处，依然被树木遮挡什么都看不到。早上更是7点多就被楼下商铺的喇叭叫醒无法再睡。入住第一天我还安慰自己，这里至少离景区近一些，忍忍吧。但是夜游两江四湖的时候发现，真是后悔，很多酒店的地理位置更加，性价比更高。无论星级酒店还是私人客栈，去桂林的可选性不会再是喜来登。

这座喜来登的运营时间应该有20年了，整体装修风格略老，但保养非常得当，成色不错。服务水平总体也是中上等，全程没有受到太多干扰，问题解决也挺快的，而且很意外的是，员工整体的英文水平很好，甚至都能见到下班后正在自学英语的员工。不好的地方大致说下：1、大厅会举办婚礼，有一些干扰住客的出行；2、健身房有一些小，器材不够全，没有练腹部的器械。不错的体验，以后应该还会考虑。

I am just a normal guy who became an spg platinum member while filling in for someone on maternity leave. So I am not a high falootin traveller by any means. If this sounds like you then youll love this place.My room was great I was upgraded to a jr suite upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic.This buffet was served in the 2nd floor restaurant because the club lounge was being upgraded and was under construction - that lounge looks impressive - I took the elevator up and had a look - you have a great view of the river.On Thursdays they have a deal on their supper buffet - Half price for spg members - and booze is included in the price 109 rmb for you 218 rmb normally. I dont drink and found it a good deal. Western and Chinese fare available.Location - couldnt be better.Pool - big 9.5 deep - relaxingLast but not least was the service - everyone is there to make your stay as pleasant and as memorable as possible.I originally planned to stay 4 days in Yangshuo but left the hustle and bustle after two days and returned to the Sheraton to enjoy the rest and relaxation. On my return trip the jr suite wasnt available but the room was still lovely and we received a fruit basket.I have read some criticism that come from seasoned travellers - but thats not me - I have stayed at various hotels in china and this was my best experience thus far - given I am typing this on a smart phone you gotta believe theyre doing something right!Two thumbs way up.Thanks

The hotel is right at the Li River and the downtown shopping/food street. Major downtown attractions are in walking distance. Thanks to the Platinum status we were upgraded to a very nice suite with views of the river. The rooms are a little dated and show signs of wear and tear.The Riveria restaurant (Italian) is on the top floor and has some tasty dishes with excellent service.Breakfast is served at the Atrium Coffee Shop. It offers a good selection but the service staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the amount of guests each morning (and this was off-season).The Club Lounge was moved to the Lobby Lounge. Level of service at the Club/Lobby Lounge depends on staff, The Club Lounge food was way below expectation.Overall, a good hotel for families and tourists to enjoy amazing Guilin. .

Staff was friendly, except for the buffet staff. Rooms are clean and well put together, though a bit small. I found the beds comfortable. Can get loud due to lack of sound insolation.

酒店各方面基础设施和服务都不错， 请注意泊车和前厅接待人员的指引一定要及时跟进，外地客户才不会显得陌生，比如停车指引，比如接拿行李都是要体现的！ 桂林这次停车，要自己去找，收费岗人员服务意识不强，懒散。

Hotel location is excellent, in front of the river, at walking distance from many shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants. Hotel staff very serviceable & attentive. Clean rooms & temp control which to me is very important and not always available in many places in China. I forgot important items after checking out and hotel personnel safe guarded them for me to pick up at a later time. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

I only stayed one night on my way to the Guilin airport. The facility is showing some minor wear and tear but the service and SPG recognition was very good. My early check- in request was honored without hesitation. I gather there is a new wing and those rooms may be in better repair.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Despite the room overlooking the street, it was fairly quite. One older bellman in particular (sorry, Ive forgotten the name) went out of his way to help me arrange a car for an extremely early trip to the airport. Ill be back...

酒店位置极佳，位于市中心，漓江边上，步行几分钟就到桂林地标象山，对会员非常友好，非常满意的体验。

酒店位于漓江边，不过由于总楼层只有七层，所以被树遮挡了一部分景色，楼下就是步行街，离景点比如东西巷日月双塔等步行就可到达。看前面的评论说酒店有点老。之前很担心，不过CI后发现酒店整体都翻新过，设施各方面还是相当不错的。金卡升级了行政江景房，对会员礼物还是不错的，不过金卡升级行政房不能使用行政酒廊就有点不理解了，在重庆艾美只要升级都可以随便使用的，这一点不知道是不是spg会员制度管理问题。

老而弥坚的桂林喜来登酒店， 值得入住。翻新过的客房和整体服务水平配得上喜来登的招牌。地理位置也处于桂林最市中心的地段，出行十分便捷！甚至住在酒店里也可以欣赏到桂林山水景色！真的是太棒了。

There are not many choices of 5* hotels in Guilin. I shortlisted Sheraton and Shangrila at the beginning. As I have been a SPG member for years plus the good location of Sheraton Guilin, I chose Sheraton as the hotel of my family trip in the end. Unfortunately, Sheraton Guilin failed me and my family utterly this time. Firstly, the room is stale and small. The pillows are stiff and uncomfortable, yet no other choices to offer. The TV is probably just 32 with very limited choices of channels. Theres no BBC, or National Geographic, history channel or Disney. Most channels are state media or local channels. The toilet is quite big and well lay-out. But the faucet is not secured on the sink (it moves as I turn on the tap). And the toilet couldnt flush at one time (which I had called the service to fix). The electronic body weight scale lit up itself at the middle of the night, which was extremely irritating and eerie. The hotkey (press to call the service) on the phone doesnt work. It takes me a while to figure out the right number is simply 0. And the breakfast provides was just such a poor quality and lacked variety. Its the worst breakfast I never had in all the 5* hotels I have stayed. Its even worse than some of 3* hotels. Theres no cheese, no french baguette, or proper ham. The coffee sucks, so does the Latte. There are only 2 or 3 types of fruits provided, which ran out like 9am. More than once, I had to signal the kitchen to add them. Its not all about bad. There are some good points regarding to this hotel. The service staff were friendly. The toiletry provided is quite good. We traveled with my 6 years old daughter. And the hotel provided kids table/chair, tooth brush set and child size slippers. The location is terrific, many attractions like Elephant hill, dual tower plus the shopping district within walking distance. We were spoiled with choices of food. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has very high standard and is probably the best Chinese restaurant locally.
