部屋は特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。ロケーションが最高でした。何よりもスタッフの親切な気持良い応対で1週間滞在してしまいました。今後も泊まりたいです。

隅々迄綺麗に清掃して有り、清潔である。ホテルのレストランは良いと思います。ホテル従業員のサービスが良く、不快な思いはありませんでした。

次回の滞在の時も利用しようと思います。この町は非常にゆったりと、穏やかに時間が過ぎていきます。部屋の中は清潔できれいでした。朝食が付いています。

Staff very friendly and helpful . Went to Henries to see Fernando he was very entertaining hope he is a repeat there.

The room was great and the view from 9th floor just perfect!USB ports on the TV were not useable with an usb drive and my special request to get flowers or chocolate covered strawberries in the room were not fulfilled :(Pool area was nice and the Spa services were very relaxing! I can recommend this hotel if you don’t want any extras…

Positive: The location was awesome. Had the best view from my room. Restaurant, market, pizza place were all good. Staff were very nice and helpful. Negative: The hotel charged me extra fees, they reverse charges but not sure why they did in the first place.

Positive: All the staff at this hotel is extremely friendly. You can literally walk across to the beach awesome location.

Positive: The hotel was close to the beach and restaurants, great views Negative: That we could not stay longer.

Positive: Location and most things were good. Negative: Room was big but the Bathroom was tiny compared to what I was paying for.

Positive: It is a nice little get away but will stay in the shorebreak hotel if we ever return. Negative: The covid hypocrisy. They eliminated room cleaning to keep guests and staff safe yet the only way to park your car is through their valet. There is no reduction from the bill for no room cleaning yet there is a $40 charge each night for valet.

Positive: The ocean view was spectacular and the restaurant had delicious food. The roof top bar was also very nice. Negative: The noise level from the traffic was extremely loud on Saturday night,it would be nice if the local police were more on top of things for speeders and noise control.The room had miss matched fixtures with chrome shower,brass hinges,bronze faucet.

Positive: Location and pools. Negative: It was hard for us to eat breakfast/brunch there. You either had to get to the restaurant by 10 or you had to wait until they reopened at noon. The rooftop bar said it closed at 10 but we arrived at 8:45 on and could not get served as they were closing.

Positive: The location Negative: Room Service stopped at 5:00 p.m. which meant nothing for dinner. The restuarants even closed at 9 so when we stayed out for a long day and got back, there was no food!
