2018年8月下旬にこちらに宿泊致しました。数年前まで24時間電気が通るわけではなかったような離島のホテルですので、シャワーはバランス釜のような機械を通して温水をなんとか出していましたし、小さな虫もいるにはいました。しかし悪くないホテルだと思います。地図上で道を見ただけでは全くわからないほど起伏が激しく舗装されていない道もあるレンボンガン島ですが、こちらのホテルはジュングバットゥビーチからのアクセスも良く、崖沿いを歩いて徒歩五分程でスピードボート乗り場にも行くことが出来ます。更に宿泊した部屋(ヴィラタイプなので部屋というよりは家でした)の方も、虫などが気になる神経質な方にはおすすめしませんが、そうでない場合は特に気になる事もなく、部屋の中も綺麗にされており好感がもてました。虫について、やはり宿泊前に他のホテルサイトなどで口コミを見ていると少なくない数のコメントで言及されていましたので気にはなっていたのですが、いざ泊まって見ると大きな虫がブンブン飛び回って眠れないなどという事は全くなく、むしろすごくちっちゃい虫が所々壁に止まっているなあという程度のもので、私自身は全く気になりませんでした。参考までに、私は特に虫が好きでも嫌いでもなく、ハエや蚊なら煩わしいものの全然耐えられますがゴキブリくらいになると無理だなという平均的な害虫耐性です。加えてもう一つ口コミでよく目にしたのは「朝ごはんが美味しくない」等のクレームでした。こちらも確かに朝食メニューのなかのパンケーキはかなりパサパサでしたが、別メニューのトーストは十分美味しかったので、そちらを選ぶ事で回避されるのがよろしいかと思います。また敷地内にはプールが二つあり、調整されているのかは分かりませんが水温も丁度よく、快適に泳ぐ事ができました。プールからはジュングバットゥビーチの綺麗な海が一望できますし、プールサイドにはベッドやシートなど寛げる設備が揃っています。以上のように、飲み込まざるを得ない点もありますが決して悪くはないホテルでしたので、多少の我慢は出来るのでホテル代は節約したいがインスタ映えするホテルに泊まりたいという方には自身を持っておすすめできる良い宿泊施設だと思います！

受付スタッフがきちんとしています。眺め最高でした。景色・雰囲気、とにかく満点です。ミネラルウォーターが付くのはありがたかった。

Simon Reeves the travel expert reccomended this island to us while we were at a Kuoni evening in Canterbury and we are very pleased we went for a look. We arrived at Coconuts Beach resort after a 30 min fast boat ride and wow it was beautiful. A very beautiful place & view.

There was no service at all around the pool for food and drink. What I thought was going to be a nice ro***tic few days away in a beautiful villa, was the opposite. The view from the Villa is spectacular. A must see and do the snorkling just beautifull.

Having recently stayed here over new years, i was very disappointed by how far the standards of the resort have slipped. The price is really very high by Bali standards for what you get, so value for money is low. The staffs were not helpful at all in assisting me when I reported the loss.

Old is ok but not to be able to provide basic amenities that people have worked so hard to save all year to enjoy. Beer bottles were left in the garden for the entire time even though there plenty of staff. We had complimentary breakfast which was lovely each day.

The bungalows are fit for purpose and were clean. I find you get what you pay for and the price was probably aligned with the standard of the accommodation.

I told the staff that I will not stay here again if they want to charge this but they had no desire or authority to change the policy. Stayed at this hotel not worth the price you pay at all. Gardens not maintained, meals of poor standard but worst of all are the rooms.

The rooms are quite old and do not even have an outdoor seating spot outside. Our room was not ready which was abit of a pain but we made the most of it and got down to the pool. Disgusted that our money is wrongfully being with held after such a shockingly bad experience.
