サービスに問題はなく、快適に過ごせました。思ってたより、部屋がきれいだった。立地は、便利な場所にあります。ホテルのレストランが手軽で便利である。

総合的には満足度の高いホテルです。スタッフが丁寧でした。食事は毎回違ったメニューが出てきて楽しませてくれました。

Superb value for money. The rooms (we normally stay in a pool side villa) are clean and have what you need. Beautiful people who will go out of their way to help you We got a seaview room for 3200 baht per night. Samui sense were great, they were very accommodating of all our needs, they even drove me to the doctor when I became a bit sick with a lung infection which was nice.

We enjoyed our time at the Samui Sense and wouuld probably return because of the location and ambience. Everyone greets you with a smile and a warm Hello every time they see you. Not too mention that the price are very good. The location is ideal for us as it is a fairly quiet area yet close to all that you need.

Great service from especially the hotel ***ager. Stayed in the superior room in the main building modren spacious and a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Restaurant on beach made for a relaxing breakfast. I would only reccomend this hotel if you book poolside or the upper level rooms to avoid smells.

Excellent value for money and would definately go back. The beachfront location of the Resort is perfect which added to the impact of the ideal weather I experienced while there. The choice was good and the service in the restaurant was fantastic. Parents have a separated section which was great.

Samui Sense is in a lovely location and situated right on the beach at Lamai. Decent dishes at the beach restaurant. There are plenty of shops bars and restaurants ***** the road and if you want to venture off there are plenty of the taxi bus around. The mosquito net over the bathroom window was not fitted properly to the wall.

The location is great. We were greeted with a refreshing cocktail and quickly checked in. I got quite excited when the English breakfast selection said cumberland sausage which was in fact a boiled chicken sausage. Everyone greets you with a smile and a warm Hello every time they see you.

Breakfast buffet is decent and served by the beach side. I would agree with a previous comment that the breakfast although very tasty was the same each day and could do with a change or to. Staff was friendly and assisted in getting us to the dock for our ferry.

Very professional and great with our daughter. There are plenty of shops bars and restaurants ***** the road and if you want to venture off there are plenty of the taxi bus around. Our favorite thai restaurant was located across the street from the hotel with wooden tables and plastic chairs with the preparation of food at the front of the restaurant.

Hotel is very calm surrounded with greenery and very well kept. The staff were very friendly and patient (especially when I stuffed up the in-room safe and had to get it reset) there was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing to stop you chosing this hotel. I thought initally it might be out of the way when I considered how ***y places I had to visit on business on Koh Samui.

I liked the location on the beach and it was in walking distance of ***y restaurants. I am a light sleeper and there was noise from a compressor which I know would have woken me. Not cheap but if u want a little bit special this is nice place to stay.
