ビーチに直結しており、いつでもビーチに遊びに行ける。部屋は広く、静かであり、テラスがあるのでそこで水着やタオルを干す事ができる。リゾートらしく、ホテルの敷地内には島ならではの鳥やリスが居着いており、鳥のさえずりを聞きながら、爽快な朝を迎えられる。朝食は外にあり、蚊に刺されることがあるので、虫除けスプレーを忘れずに。朝食は総じて美味しい。また、敷地内のトイレはどこも綺麗で、ホテル宿泊者はチャウエンビーチ沿いのビーチチェアーを利用できる。

スタッフがフレンドリーではない。一人旅行でチェックインの時に「一人？」と聞かれ受け付けでスタッフ数人に笑われた。夜にホテル内のバーに行き、スタッフの顔を見て3回もオーダーしたのに無視！一体どんなスタッフ教育をしているのか？掃除が雑。ゴミはゴミ箱に残ったままだし、シャワーも汚れが残ったまま。飛行機がホテルの真上を飛ぶためうるさい。夜も近隣のバーの音楽がうるさい。部屋の場所にもよるのかもしれないが。毎年サムイ島に来ているが来年はもう泊まらない。

チャウエンビーチが側に広がっていて、とてもきれい。泳いで、マッサージ受けて、飲み食い出来て、至れり尽くせり。スタッフも親切で、愛想も良い。ホテルの内装も清潔で、毎日部屋のメイクアップをしてくれる。またぜひ泊まりたい。There is a huge beach right by the hotel and its very beautiful, water is not too cold, so pretty comfortable.You can swim, have a massage if you get tired, and eat and drink at the restaurant right infront of the beach.People are very nice, kind and easy to talk with.hotel room is very clean and staffs make up rooms everyday.it was wonderful stay and i woukd like to go back and stay again.

もともと、このホテルはバックパッカー御用達の予約ができないホテルでした。年々拡張され、今では立派な三ツ星ホテルです。私はさほど気になりませんが、やや古いビル型の部屋は日本人の潔癖症のひとには受け付けられないかもしれません。おすすめは、すぺりある？タイプのビル型の部屋です。目の前にかっこいいプールができましたので、プレミアム感が、はんぱないです。朝食は、バイキング方式です。昔から、ここの料理は美味しいと何度も聞いてます。

次回も宿泊したいと思います。部屋の広さに満足でした。食事はとても種類が多く、日によって少しメニューの変化もありました。従業員はよく訓練されている。

お部屋は特にきれいです。チェックイン＆アウト共に、手際よく対応出来ていた。移動するにも便利な立地です。朝食バイキングがなかなか良かったので、個人的にも泊まってみたい。

食事はあまり種類が多いと食べ過ぎてしまうのでちょうどいいです。スタッフが非常にフレンドリー。観光に便利です。

地段無得頂，出門就系鬧市同shopping mall。resort硬件都幾好，除左浴室淋浴去水位，反映後已即時改善。房間隔音幾好，飛機聲音其實不大。主要是早餐，7成系中式，似國內酒店早餐，只有3成系西式，變相選擇其實並不多，不過全間resort服務都真係好好。另值得一提系酒店對開沙灘其實並不適合大人遊水和浮潛。很多石頭和海草。向旁邊酒店的海灘方向會較為適合。所以只適合帶小朋友的家庭游水。

早餐品种丰富 特别值得推荐一种当地的馄炖 特别好吃，里面有????，汤很鲜美有菜芯和萝卜。服务员态度亲切。前台有会中文的男性服务生酒店位置非常好。周围吃的很多，便利店也很多。酒店设施有点旧，但是该有的都有，以这个价位来说，已经很好了。交通方便，环境不错，门口酒吧，饭店，药妆店，按摩店全部都有，离苏梅岛最大的shopping mall也就10分钟路程，酒店餐厅对面就是沙滩，随处可见的松鼠。关键到店还帮我免费升级房型，非常棒

The best thing about the hotel is its central location. The staff were always friendly and polite. Breakfast was lovely and has something for everyone omelette bacon Thai and fruit. Superb Breakfast spread. On our last night we opted for their Beach BBQ, which was very good and they had a great range of fresh fish available.

Location was great. Would try the bar right next to the resteraunt as well cant remember the name but we sat here most evenings drinking cocktails and watching the fire show which was nice. Great seafood and reasonably priced. The service wasnt typical of the excellent service we received in Thailand.

All of our party thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Rooms, Beach, Restaurant, Staff and services provided is all amazing. For those who prefer the party scene, a short walk down the road held a long laneway with heaps of bars and entertaining clubs. Credit card deposit is not sufficient enough.

A group of friends from all over the globe decided to get-together for a fun and relaxing holiday. Room that we stay were amazingly spacious. You are right in the middle of chewing main strip. Had a room in the upgraded wing. Breakfast was very nice with different selection on their hot meal.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The resort was clean and tidy. Good shopping close by and a range of places to eat including the Chaweng Night Market. Worth the money so much. Off to the right-hand side was an area with deeper (and therefore cooler) water, so there was a lot of variety in just a small area.

You will not be disappointed with this lovely destination. Stayed there the same time last year and was impressed with the price and quality. A big thank you to the owners and staff for making our stay at Chaweng unforgettable. You can use the restaurant and have a ro***tic meal on the beach.

Loved this hotel staff were amazing. We were on the far side of the property from the Ark Bar and there were a few nights we could hear the music but it wasnt load enough to disrupt our sleep. For money you will spend elsewhere this is by far the best value.

Breakfast was fine with broad choice of salty specialities. Upon arrival I was taken by golf cart to a fairly basic but spotless chalet style hotel room with its own front door and veranda. Special thanks to ladies Mon and Mai that took care of it and showed great concern.
