My friend and I stayed in a twin private room and it was awesome. So grateful for the air-con considering it was 30 degrees. The location is awesome! Such a nice western getaway if you need a small break from it all! It had the most beautiful small courtyard where the flowers were all out!

The location is good, it’s close to the Panjiayuan metro station and walking distance to msjy attractions. The hostel sells discounted tickets to the “Dynamic Yunnan” show, which is every night from 8:00-9:30pm. Highly recommend the show, it’s very good! The hostel is nice, my only complain is the toilet and shower facility, not the cleanest and the lights are quite dim. Bring your own slippers so you can wear it to take a shower as the shower facilities are only on the first and third floors. Other than that it’s really good. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

Really nice hostel. Private room and bathroom very stylish and clean. Quite loud because gaps between the door frame and its a busy residential area around. Great food in cafe and nice balcony area to chill on. Easy walk to Green Lake and nearby subway stops.

A lovely guesthouse with kind waitress.I was in a dorm, the bed and bedsheets were comfortable and well cleaned. The bathroom and toilet were also well cleaned.There are very nice photographs in the common area. It’s cosy insideVery nice stay.Will be back soon

Really great atmosphere and facilities. the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the food is delicious. This was my second stay here and I plan to return again at the end of the month. They provide free luggage storage for up to three days and each additional day is only ¥3.

Very fun hostel. Conveniently set up so to meet other travelers with fun common areas such as rooftop tables, billiards and ping pong. Highly recommended for solo travelers or anyone that wants to meet fun people.

Kunming cloudland is a friendly and cosy youth hostel. Staff is nice and smiling, location is good, the building is clean and has a very nice atmosphere.

Great service, English staff, good pizzas and cold beer. The private room is defiantly worth it including a private bathroom.

For a solo traveller i feel it is a value for money accomodations. worth a try!

Not bad of a hostel the only flaw seems to be the location (no interesting food and grocery stores nearby) but have only stay briefly did not really explore the surroundings.

Worth for the price, easy to acces from train station and to go to airport
