想像以上に快適で素敵なホテルでした。スタッフの対応も優しく、オアフのホテルスタッフとは大違いです 笑日本語が通じない点は少々不便さを感じましたけれども。あと、日本人が少ないことも異国の地を体感し、旅行気分を満喫するのにはプラスに転じました。プールは夜22時まで利用可能なことも、ナイトプール好きの方にはオススメです。

ツアーのランチで立ち寄らせていただきました。静かで落ち着きがあるホテルです。庭やプールが素敵で、ゆっくりリゾートを楽しむには最適なホテルだと思います。機会があったら是非とも宿泊したいと思います。

レストランが素晴らしい。宿泊するのもオススメの場所。カウアイ島はのんびりしていますので、どこもゆるい感じがしますが、それが大変良い所。

のんびりするには最高のリゾートホテルです。お庭もキレイ、プールもキレイ、ビーチもキレイでした。お部屋もシンプルで心地良かったです。レンタカー無しで行ったので、ショッピングモールまでタクシーを使いたかったのですが、ホテルのベルデスクに拙い英語で、ショッピングモールまでと二時間後に拾ってほしいと伝えて、タクシーを手配したところ、きちんとしたタクシーを呼んでくれて、時間通りに迎えに来てくれて、全然問題なくお買い物できました。日本人はほとんどいないようで、日本語を話すスタッフはいません。ただ、皆さん話をゆっくり聞いてくれるので、単語の羅列でもなんとかなりました。

宿泊する部屋によっては朝起きてリビングに行きカーテンを開けると、そこに広がるのは遥か遠くまで広がる太平洋。本当のオーシャンビューを楽しめます。あと、園内もゆったりとしておりこちらで一週間程過ごしましたが、時間の流れを忘れさせてくれる至福の時を与えて頂けました。

日帰りツアーの食事でおじゃましました。時間帯の関係なのか、静かで落ち着いたホテルでした。スタッフの方々が凄くフレンドリーでとても良かったです。

It’s Kauai! Beauty surrounds! The resort is older, and has some repairs going on. But is top notch. The location to ocean is spot on, great restaurant and fun lounge/bar with nightly live music.Room/villa is spotless.Perfect vacation.

The premise is great and the staff is very friendly. Everything is right off the shore, so you have great views from the pool area and restaurants. Eating breakfast in the morning outside with a view of the ocean and smell of the fresh air is paradise.It is unfortunate that swimming off the huge stretch of beach is not encouraged, otherwise, I would give this place 5 stars.

So much maintenance needed in our unit. Dishwasher leaked the first day, had not even used it. Washer was broke, waited over a day to be replaced, when replaced they did not remove packing supports for washer tub, reversed the hit/cold connections. Then there was a leak under the floor our last day. Woke up to soaked area of carpet. The worst experience with a Wyndham property we have ever had. The maintenance fees we pay needs to be thrown at this place!! Wyndham and/or property owners needed to use time during pandemic to do necessary maintenance. Light bulbs were out in our unit and around property. This property did take a lot of the wind out of our sail for a Hawaiian vacation we had been planning for over a year.

Loved this resort! We stayed at a private unit on the property but enjoyed all amenities of the resort. The beach wasnt anything special but great for watching the sunrise. Pool area is really great for family, kids, etc.

First off the staff was very nice. The pool area was very nice with a bar. They did require a wrist band to be out near the pool and bar area, I guess this is to keep freeloaders out? We really liked our room. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was the charge for parking, I wasnt expecting that and some of the other guest where not very nice or adopting the Aloha attitude. The location isnt too far from anything but its Kauai with a single road so traffic can get backed up. Anyway, would I come here again...yes, we had a great time here.

It’s really disappointing because it’s nothing either If us expected, like a low level of fancy food? Soooo save yo money. Anyways we expect a phenomenal level of service so perhaps next time?!?!!!

Our stay was very uncomfortable and disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told that our room was not cleaned yet and not ready for us to enter. Then, I was bit by bed bugs all over legs and had to deal with the (itchy) bites for the entirety of the trip. Both of the rooms we had (we had to change rooms because of bed bugs) were dirty and full of bugs. There were ticks everywhere, and this is especially uncomfortable for me because I recently had just finished medication for lyme disease. I did not feel the least bit of comfort sleeping in this hotel, and will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

Got to stay at this awesome place, the customer service was great, definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Kauai.

Positive: Location is good, beach is close and quiet. Negative: Motel to big hotel I saw coffee machine in room or complimentary coffee in lobby. This hotel do not provide either one. I was surprised to see no complimentary coffee for the price of the room I paid.

Positive: We had a wonderful time at Kauai Beach Resort. The swimming area was beautiful and it was located right off the beach. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Negative: I was very disappointed about all the additional fees I had to pay. I was aware that I would be paying a resort fee but for some reason I had to pay it on the way in and on the way out. Parking was another fee that I was not made aware of when I booked.

We love this resort. Great place to stay in Kauai!!

Positive: Pool area was very nice. Negative: Room was not clean. Bathroom had mold in shower and showerhead base had grime that needed to be properly cleaned. Bathroom faucet kept leaking water all over the floor. Tub stopper was broken.
