Příjemný hotel, prostorné pokoje, nabídka wellness a masáží zklamání, snídaně nepotěší neurazí, personál (kromě recepce) nemluví ani nezdraví. Jako přespání na 3 noci v pořádku, jako wellness pobyt spíš ne. Personál recepce příjemný, vstřícný a ochotný.

Budova překrásná, personál ochotný, vstřícný a milý, jídlo výborné, pokoj v pohodě, ale koupelna nic moc. Poradny chlap se do sprchového koutu sotva vejde

Perfektní poloha, hezký hotel, příjemný personál, dobré jídlo a postel s měkkou matrací . prostě fajn.

Good service regarding purity maintenance drink and sanitary supplements.3. The reception : Correct and helpful staff. Excellent.4. The restaurant : The food was well prepared. Nice presentation. The chefs came regularly to check the buffets. Friendly room staff. Minus : The range and nature of the food products was of a very mediocre level. Not in line with what you expect from this hotel.dBig minus (and totally UNACCEPTABLE): The control of the COVID measures in the restaurant. People enter restaurant with mouth mask. Excellent. But often forget to wear this mouth mask afterwards when they go to the buffet dishes to serve. Every time (both in the morning and in the evening) I had to intervene myself to wear the mouth mask. That is not my job, but the job of the hall staff. But the hall staff was much too lax in this.As if COVID just didnt exist anymore. This is really not possible for us. Hallo, uns haben sie am Anreisetag, trotz PCR-Test, nicht angenommen, weil meine Frau gegen Corona nicht geimpft ist. Wenn der Hotel nur geimpfte annimmt , muss mal die Gäste vorher darüber informieren, ist natürlich meine Meinung.

Skvělé ubytování v útulném hotelu. Milý personál.
