フードコートの入口が59st の正面入口でもなく、噴水側でもなく、58stになります。沢山のベーカリーショップやチョコレート、LADY Mなどニューヨークで人気のケーキなども食べることができて、雨の日などはどこか遠い所へ行かず、雨がしのげて座るところも沢山ある場所が好きです。あとは雨に濡れないでお土産のお買い物も出来ると思います。

ホテルの設備自体は伝統を感じる良いものだった。ただ、クルーの対応は素っ気なく（具体的にはチェックインのときにポーターが荷物を部屋に運ぶことすれしない、チェックアウトのときにも事務的にお金の精算だけして他の何も気遣いをしない）、従業員教育が行き届いているか、不安を感じさせ、費用に見合ったものではないと感じました。

朝9時までお湯が出ない。そのnoticeが口頭でもメモでも無かった。シャワー無しで仕事に出なければならなかった。朝食レストランの案内その他施設の案内がチェックインで一切無かった。ルームサービスが24時間というだけだった。レストランはないのかと思いきや、チェックアウトした後にロビー外に見つけた。

映画で有名。私には泊まれません。観光地として尋ねました。

現在、地階の食品街のみ、入れる。LADURRE がお気に入り。日本にはない種類の菓子、サラダを置いている。ここのfranは絶品！ただし、日本同様、安くはない。

超高級ホテルホーム・アローンMacaulay Carson Culkin次期大統領Donald Trump氏も 出演僕は泊まってはいないのですが、地階にあるフードコートを利用しました。ここはニューヨークならではの高級な雰囲気が味わえます・感じられます是非訪れてください。

地下のフードホールを利用しました。NYで話題のレストランやスイーツ、ショップが集まっているので観光に時間が無い際は便利です。少し高いけど。人気があるため混み合うので座席がもう少しあればと思いました。

清潔感、豪華さ、心地よさ全てが最高級でした。従業員の方もとても親しみやすく接してくださいました。

若いスタッフががんばっているのがよく感じられました。仕事で使う上でどこへ移動するにも便利な立地。とてもおすすめのホテルです。

伝統的なとても素晴らしいホテルでした。行きたい欲を満たしに行ったので☆4です。狭くてこの値段なら、他のスィートに泊まれます。僕もホテルを転々としました。

食事は、とてもおいしい。スタッフはフレンドリー。仕事で使うなら非常に便利な場所にあると思う。部屋が広くて、セレブな気分を味わえました。

ホテルはとても綺麗にされていて、快適にすごせました。ロケーションが抜群に良かった。部屋はとてもモダンな感じをうけます。

10年ぶりくらいに利用しました。相変わらずすべてが素晴らしいです。

以前よりも客室数が減ったので、かなり値段があがっています。ホテルの部屋は予想外に狭いです。また、最安値の部屋はビューがありません。ただ、ホテル側も観光客も多いのを先刻承知でフロントや物販の対応もこなれています。

地下のフードコートを訪れました。大勢の人で凄い活気でしたが、店のchoiceは大切です。

食事は良いです。部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っていて、快適に過ごせました。期待していた通り、素晴らしいホテルでした。

地下で売っているロブスターロールは絶品です。その他食料品売っているので面白いです。

なんとなく撮った写真(笑)国旗が凄いと思い撮ったのですが、結構有名なホテルでした(^^;

ハネムーンということを伝えたところ、シャンパンとスイーツのサービスと、セントラルパークが見える部屋(少しだけ)にグレードアップしてもらえました。

ホームアローン2で有名になったホテルですね！！

Positive: Everything! It was wonderful. We were greeted my a friendly, helpful doorman. The beautiful lobby was filled with the scent of lilies. We quickly checked in/out. The room was so luxurious with a view of the courtyard. We definitely will return. Negative: No, but a note that turn down service is not automatic and needs to be requested.

We have always loved New York and had been excited to come back after a long time away. Our stay at the Plaza made our trip. The care and service, the beauty of the rooms and common spaces captured the spirit of what I think about when I think about the grandness of the city. It will now be our home whenever we come back and will be imprinted in our memories until we do. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Positive: Everything was fabulous. The room and bathroom were gorgeous, the bed was beyond comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful and there is no better location (on the upper east side). I can¿t wait to go back! Negative: Not a thing!

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, wonderful and friendly staff. I would give it a 10 if the Food Hall and market area had been open. I hope you bring it back.

Between the lobby, closures and the food hall being closed the value and enjoyment was not there during our stay.

Positive: Love the luxuriousness of the hotel and the Location cant be beat. Negative: We did have an issue with two deliveries from a friend (Champagne and a cake) that never made it to us. That was a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel to mess up a service like that.

Una estancia muy placentera, en una suite magnífica y con un servicio espectacular. Me declaro fan de la cama y del calentador del piso del baño.

Muy buena experiencia, todas las personas del hotelMuy amables y de buen modo.Me hubiera gustado que ofrecieran desayuno en el restaurant, pero en general todo bien.Solo que olvidé una ropa en el cuarto y avisé que u la familiares iban por ella y cuando fueron nunca se la entregaron

Positive: The hotel was gorgeous! Negative: The staff was extremely inattentive. The doorman don¿t open doors. The bartenders are rude. The maids were incredibly nice however.

El hotel definitivamente ha ganado su prestigio y lo mantiene. Todo el personal sin excepción hace que la estadía sea una experiencia inmejorable. La calidad y servicio en general están acorde con su categoría e historia.

Negative: No coffee makers in room. Most of hotel was closed.

Lendroit est magnifique. Le personnel est courtois et professionnel. Larbre de Noel était superbe. Le repas servi au Palm le 25 décembre était spectaculaire et succulent. Un seul point damélioration: Les rideaux du Champagne Bar sont très usés. Une changement est requis pour être conforme au stadard du Plaza.

Non è accettabile che un hotel a 5 stelle con 3 ascensori di cui solo 2 funzionanti costringa gli ospiti ad aspettare ore o peggio ad andare a piedi. Sabato 4 quando siamo partiti abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti che ci fossero portati i bagagli. Lasciamo stare lesperienza del personale dello Champagne Bar sono in un hotel a 5 stelle e mi aspetto che il cliente venga trattato con il dovuto rispetto non come in una qualsiasi bettola di ultima categoria. Se alle 09:55 chiedo un espresso non è accettabile che mi venga detto che il bar è chiuso e debba andare presso un altro locale o meglio chiamare il room service. Prima ed ultima volta che alloggerò da voi.

Dès notre arrivée le chasseur agressif pour son pourboire nous a mis dans l’ambiance, la réception fut rapide et efficace la montée des bagages aussi cependant le reste du séjour n’est pas resté à la hauteur.Chambre non faite, nous avons dû appeler la réception un soir,Table de room service qui reste plus de 24h dans le couloir,Plateaux repas divers et variés restant plus de 48h ( nous avons des photos),Un soir meme nous avons trouvé la réception en travaux, avec un ouvrier allongé par terre à côté des ascenseurs en train de faire sa pause (nous avons également une photo), Personnel très attentif (Alejandro par exemple), et personnel absolument nullissime qui nous fait renvoyer les plats qui ne correspondait pas,Laundry demandé qui ne vient pas,Une expérience globalement totalement inespéré pour un établissement de ce niveau.

Notre séjour fut parfait de bout en bout. Il s’agit vraiment d’un hôtel même si il est luxueux où nous prenons nos marques rapidement et oui .... nous nous sentons CHEZ NOUS. Merci pour ces 4 nuits idylliques
