Even if you are speaking Japanese very fluently.I live near to this branch, so they are responsible for my delivery from online purchases. And I also visit there sometimes to send a parcel.It was just okay untill I purchased a box and packed it at the store. The staff was rather friendly and helpful by then. But she suddenly changed her attitude(to the bad side) and started to say “Tameguchi”-which is very rude to a customer-, just after she noticed that I’m non-Japanese by my shipping invoice.And for the drivers, they always make me request redelivery. They neither ring a doorbell nor call me to check I’m at home or not. And just throw the attempted delivery paper into the post! Dreadful.
